Manchester United are pursuing a move for Michael Oliseh (22-Crystal Palace).
Manchester United are planning a lot of changes in the upcoming summer transfer window. In particular, there will be a lot of changes in the squad. Rafael Varane has already announced his departure, while the futures of Casemiro, Aaron Wan Bissaka, and Anthony Martial are uncertain.
United are also considering selling Anthony Martial. Anthony joined United ahead of the 2022-23 season for a record transfer fee of €100 million. However, he has struggled. In 29 Premier League appearances this season, he has scored just one goal, and United have lost patience. “United are pushing to sell Anthony,” reported.
United are simultaneously looking for more attacking options on the flanks and have targeted Oliseh. The French international has the ability to dribble and pass, but he is also a playmaker with a sharp left-footed shot.
Oliseh grew up in Reading before moving to Crystal Palace in the 2021-22 season. In his first season, he adapted to the Premier League, making 26 appearances, and last season, he made 37 appearances, earning a regular spot in the first team. He scored just two goals but provided a whopping 11 assists to lead the Palace attack. This season, he stepped 바카라 up his game. He scored 10 goals in 19 games, his first career double-digit goal total.
His stellar performances have sparked interest from big clubs in Oliseh. Man United, Liverpool, and Manchester City are among those interested in signing him. However, the Red Devils seem to be the favorites. “United are in the best position to sign Oliseh,” explained Football Transfer on March 23 (KST).
“Oliseh was a United fan growing up. Oliseh has a €70 million buyout clause and is expected to leave Palace this summer. He is expected to replace Anthony and help revitalize the attack down the flanks.”
