Source Music, the powerhouse behind K-pop girl group Le Sserafim, will host auditions in March to scout talents for the next generation of K-pop artists.The agency unveiled plans on Monday on its website and social media accounts for the upcoming 2024 Source Music Audition. This marks the agency’s first talent search event since the 2019 Plus Global Audition, co-hosted by Source Music and BigHit Music, which manages BTS.The auditions will be held in six cities starting from Seoul on March 2, followed by Daejeon the next day, Busan on March 9, Gwangju and Daegu on March 10 and Jeju on March 16.
Girls born after 2007, regardless of nationality, can apply. Applications can be submitted on the agency’s website until the end of Feb. 25, and on-site applications will also be accepted on the day of the audition.Source Music intends to call back successful candidates, with final selections offered trainee contracts. Detailed information about the audition is available on the official audition website.Le Sserafim, the quintet representing Source Music, is slated to drop its new album, “EASY,” on Feb. 19. Moreover, in April, the group is scheduled to be the sole K-pop girl group performing at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the largest music 슬롯게이밍 festival in the United States.
